泡打粉.................................................................4g
雲呢拿香油..........................................................2滴
做法:
低筋麵粉............................................................110g
原味乳酪............................................................60g
砂糖....................................................................55g
雞蛋....................................................................1隻
泡打粉.................................................................4g
雲呢拿香油..........................................................2滴
做法:
(1) 牛油、砂糖打至鬆白。
(2) 分3次下蛋液打勻。
(3) 篩入粉類拌勻,再下乳酪、雲呢拿香油拌勻。
(4) 倒入已舖蛋糕紙的蛋糕模內至7成滿。
(5) 放入已預熱200度的焗爐中,焗20分鐘至金黃色便可。
註:焗好後,繼續存放在焗爐中,打開焗爐門放涼,好讓蛋糕不會因急涼而收縮,可以美觀一點及不會離紙。不同品牌的焗爐,溫度都有所差別,所以要自己加減時間。
